Summary
Hartman Executive Advisors is seeking candidates with an interest and experience in marketing and event planning to support the marketing team.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Help coordinate virtual and in-person events
  • Create event registration pages and manage attendee reports
  • Prepare materials for conferences and events
  • Assist with the research, ordering, and inventory maintenance of promotional items
  • Conduct research into potential organizations for Hartman to join or attend their events
  • Help update award nomination calendar
  • Assist in developing new employee bios
  • Design social media graphics
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills

  • Experience with project and event coordination
  • Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in the usage of any or all of the following business tools are preferred
    • Microsoft Teams
    • Prior experience using HubSpot is a plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree (In Progress) or equivalent work-related experience
