Summary:
Hartman Executive Advisors is seeking candidates who are interested in supporting executives and business partners by coordinating, assisting, and administering a variety of tasks associated with the business operations of projects within a portfolio of Hartman’s clients.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Support an executive team with a variety of administrative tasks and project coordination
Schedule and coordinate meetings between HEA and client teams
Coordinate HEA internal team meetings
Coordinate and arrange business travel; including flights, transportation and lodging for events
Client plan administration; including updating and reporting on project and client plans
Communicate regularly with internal and external project stakeholders
Distribute surveys and aggregate results
Request, receive, and collect client documentation
Set up new clients including Teams sites, Smartsheet templates, and other templates (Assessment, Decision Registers, Risk Registers, etc.)]
Quality assurance by reviewing and editing documents and client deliverables
Other duties as assigned
Required Skills:
3+ years of executive administration or project coordination experience preferably in a professional services environment
Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in the use Office365 and associated tools including Excel and PowerPoint
Prior experience in the usage of any or all of the following business tools are preferred
Microsoft Teams
SharePoint
Smartsheet
SurveyMonkey
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
