Executive Administrative Coordinator - Business Development & Marketing

Summary:

Hartman Executive Advisors is seeking candidates interested in coordinating and assisting with project management between our business development and marketing staff and business partners.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Coordinate events, roundtables, and dinners
  • Create event registration pages and manage attendee reports
  • Prepare materials for conferences and events
  • Serve as point of contact for event sponsorships
  • Research, order, and maintain inventory of promotional items
  • Update award nomination calendar
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings
  • Prepare and review new business proposals
  • Prepare sales reports
  • Quality assurance (jargon, grammar, formatting issues, etc.) on presentations and marketing collateral
  • Assist with new employee bios and headshots
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of project and event coordination experience, preferably in a professional services environment
  • Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Prior experience in the usage of any or all of the following business tools are preferred
  • Microsoft Teams
  • Prior experience using HubSpot is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
