Hartman Executive Advisors is seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst to support a portfolio of Hartman clients specifically within the construction management space on a variety of initiatives related to construction technologies, business process change and overall IT optimization.
Work closely with Hartman's IT Executive Advisor in support of a portfolio of construction industry clients as it relates to construction technologies, processes and workflows
Interface with client and project stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technology requirements for a variety of systems, applications and tools widely utilized throughout the construction project lifecycle
Consult with and provide executive level advisory services to clients on the overall implementation and usage of a variety of systems, software applications and workflows including but not limited to CAD/BIM solutions, Cost Estimation, Project Management and Collaboration software
Typical project engagements range from software/technology analysis and selection, business process change/workflow optimization, data integrations/migrations, IT Oversight/Leadership
Bachelors Degree in Business. IT or AEC related field preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience working within the construction management/construction technology vendor space preferably in a IT/Client-Facing capacity
Strong knowledge of the implementation, application and overall capabilities of technology (software, hardware, infrastructure) utilized within the construction management/design-build industry
Ability to consult with and provide expertise on aligning technology with business goals to Hartman's clients specifically within the construction project lifecycle and associated elements including but not limited to bids/proposals, cost estimation, scheduling, design/BIM and collaboration
