Hartman Executive Advisors is seeking an outstanding Junior Business Systems - CRM Administrator in the Baltimore region with applications experience to work with our team of IT and business professionals.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Act as point person for business systems and understand the business outcomes each system is designed to deliver
-Investigate and resolve application functionality related issues, providing support and troubleshooting
-Perform system application management
-Test and validate any updates to system applications
-Maintain application process documentation
-Data management, including data entry and report generation
-Create and present reported data from analysis on both an ad hoc and standardized basis
-Ensure that data and fields in systems meets business needs to manage key accounts
-Design page layouts in systems so that internal users can effectively use the system to manage key accounts
-Identify opportunities that can improve efficiencies
-Work with vendors or SMEs to seek answers to questions
 
 
Qualifications:
-1-3 years experience managing back office functions
-Proficiency with CRM, SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365
-Excellent organizational, verbal/written communication skills and the ability to present information in a clear, concise manner
-Ability to interact effectively with outside vendors and/or subject matter expertise, achieving the  maximum benefit depending on business needs
-Experience managing confidential information
-Ability to manage competing priorities in order to effectively deliver results
-Initiative to identify and communicate opportunities to contribute additional value to team
-Sense of urgency and accuracy
-Ability to meet/exceed deadlines
- Self-motivated, independent, cooperative, flexible, creative
 
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or equivalent work-related experience
