Enterprise Application Administrator

Summary:
The Enterprise Application Administrator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the administration and integration of various software systems and applications (ERP, CRM, Field Service etc.) within the organization. This role involves ensuring that different systems are configured to support business needs and exchange data effectively, leading to improved efficiency, productivity, and decision-making. The position will work with the business to understand and document requirements, then work with development vendors and internal resources to implement, test and deploy changes.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Application Administration: Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all business applications within the organization (ERP, CRM, Field Service etc.) utilizing a mix of internal and external resources.
  • Requirements Definition: Work with business department leaders to understand areas of opportunity and document requirements to address those areas.
  • Reporting: Work with the business to develop and execute integration strategies: Work with internal resources and vendors to implement comprehensive integration plans that align with the organization's overall business objectives.
  • System Integrations: Maintain, improve, and add new data connections (APIs) between critical systems.
  • Project Management: Lead IT initiatives and collaborate with various technical and business staff. Develop and manage project plans, conduct meetings, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Ensure data quality and consistency: Maintain data integrity and consistency across integrated systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues: Diagnose and resolve problems that arise during the operations of application and integration processes.
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of administering an configuring business applications such as Salesforce, SQL, Mulesoft, PowerBI, etc.
  • Strong understanding of integration technologies and methodologies
  • Experience with various software systems and applications (ERP, CRM and Field Service)
  • Ability to manage projects simultaneously
  • Technical problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
