We are seeking an Information Technology (IT) professional with expertise in application support to work for one of our nonprofit healthcare association clients in a remote capacity (may be asked to be on site as needed). Even though this is a remote opportunity, we are looking for candidates that reside in the Washington, DC area. This role would require approximately 8-12 hours per week.
The Technical Support Manager should have approximately experience in the following areas:
- Experience with MemberSuite, Informz, or similar nonprofit Association Management Systems
- Ability to provide day-to-day application support
- Experience with managing system troubleshooting and upgrades
- Experience with running custom reports
- Experience in nonprofit association and membership organization experience
