Summary:
We are looking for a strategic AI Analyst/Advisor to guide Hartman’s clients in the responsible and effective adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. This role will advise clients on AI strategy, innovation, risk management, and implementation best practices while working closely with executive leadership, technical teams and business stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Guidance

  • Advise senior leadership on AI strategy, trends and opportunities

2. AI Roadmap

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to define, prioritize, and roadmap AI projects aligned with organizational goals

3. Innovation & Exploration

  • Identify emerging AI technologies, vendors and partners that can drive innovation and transformation

4. Governance & Compliance

  • Contribute to AI governance frameworks and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and industry standards

5. Risk Management

  • Identify potential risks associated with AI adoption and provide mitigation strategies

6. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Communicate complex AI concepts and implications to non-technical stakeholders in clear and actionable terms

7. Performance Evaluation

  • Review AI projects for business impact, scalability and ROI

8. Thought Leadership

  • Represent the organization in industry forums, conferences, or publications as an AI subject matter expert

Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and concepts including machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative AI and large language models
  • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science or related roles with a track record or advisory or strategic contributions
  • Knowledge of AI governance, regulatory frameworks, and responsible AI practices
  • Strong business acumen and experience aligning technology with organizational/business strategy
  • Exceptional communication, consulting and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field
