Job Description: 
ArmadaHealth is seeking a Product Manager to lead the execution of the product roadmap, create development plans, resource management, vendor management, and quality management. The incumbent will also act as the project manager for these development plans, from concept and validation to funded project, through implementation and sustainment. 
The successful candidate is a passionate and intellectually curious leader, who will actively collaborate with colleagues in executive leadership to bring together multiple teams to support and drive the company’s mission. 
This individual will work hand in hand with the company’s COO and Product team to deliver an outstanding and unique customer experience. The Product Manager will ultimately be responsible to: 
  • Understand all project financials including P&L budget and capital performance for proposed and funded projects.   
  • Ensure all product roadmap initiatives are properly represented in the IT financial plan, including capital, expense and labor, and that a TCO and ROI are developed for all funded initiatives.  
  • Oversee the management of a mechanism to measure the quality and effectiveness of completed development initiatives.  
  • Develop appropriate monitoring and reporting necessary to identify opportunities for improving the realization of business value from development initiatives. 
  • Provide process leadership to the project management function across development initiatives from concept to implementation, including individual project guidance and mentoring as circumstances dictate. 
  • Drive continuous improvement to PMO processes.   
  • Develop, mature, and release structured a project management processes and templates to institutionalize program management. 
  • Establish and maintain a resource planning capability to identify resource capacity and load.  Work with resource managers to align project load with capacity.   
  • Conduct briefing sessions with the company leadership to review the product roadmap, development schedule and release plan. 
  • Lead multiple mid-size to enterprise wide projects concurrently following the standard project delivery process.  
  • Participate with and support the company leadership to develop the ArmadaHealth strategic technology plan, in alignment with the company’s business plan. 
  • Create a Communication Plan for the business areas relative to PMO services, standards and releases. 
  • Advocate, promote and lead the institutionalization of program management best practices, standards, and policies. 
Requirements :
  • BS/BA in management, economics, statistics, or accounting/financing. MS/MA/MBA preferred 
  • 4+ years prior experience managing multiple projects and/or PMO structure 
  • Healthcare industry or consumer technology experience preferred 
  • Proven track record of collaborating across the organization to promote adoption and institutionalization of program management best practices 
  • Solid Project Management background, preferably PMI certified 
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization 
  • Proven ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management 
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
