Job Description:
ArmadaHealth is seeking a Chief Information Officer to help build and lead the execution of the organization’s technology strategy. The successful candidate is a passionate and intellectually curious leader, who will actively collaborate with colleagues in executive leadership to bring together multiple teams to support and drive the company’s mission. 
This individual will work hand in hand with the company’s COO and Product team to deliver an outstanding and unique customer experience. The CIO will ultimately be responsible to: 
  • Work strategically and collaboratively with key organization leaders to define a long-term vision for ArmadaHealth’s technology resources. 
  • Work with the product team and business to shape forward-thinking capabilities for improving customer acquisition, satisfaction and retention. 
  • Work with business leaders to understand future objectives and develop technology solutions (both tactical and strategic) to help achieve those goals.  
  • Define, execute and keep up-to-date, a Technology Roadmap that aligns with the organization’s overall strategy. 
  • Share knowledge, mentor and educate the organization's management, staff, customers, and stakeholders with regards to the company’s technological vision.  
  • Develop, track, and assist with managing the information technology annual operating and capital budgets.   
  • Oversee compliance with relevant security, regulatory and contractual requirements. 
  • Promote and oversee strategic relationships and agreements between internal technology resources and external entities, including vendors and partner organizations. 
Requirements:
  • 8+ years’ experience in strategic technology leadership.  
  • Master’s degree (MBA) or higher is preferred. 
  • Strong understanding of the data science domain, as well as an understanding of clinical matters, data informatics, and regulatory constraints. 
  • Experience in leading technology in firms focused on healthcare data science, innovative healthcare insurance, and/or healthcare informatics. 
  • Expertise in delivering outstanding web and mobile experience to a variety of end user personas. 
  • Capability to identify emerging trends in the market, assess the economic impact/opportunity, and make sound recommendations to advance the organization’s strategic objectives. 
  • Expertise in solution architecture, especially in the rapid incorporation of new functionality into web-delivered applications. 
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills with the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from individuals and/or groups both within the organization or while representing the organization. 
  • Experience successfully building, motivating and mentoring world-class software technology teams, preferably in Start-ups. 
  • Experience in senior technology leadership positions focused on developing, delivering and supporting a large-scale software service offering. 
  • Demonstrated results in leading technology for growth and early stage companies
